Clean, comfortable, good location and great breakfast

Clean, comfortable rooms, kind and professional staff, very good breakfast! What more could you want? We had a beach view room on the 10th floor which was great and as I'd made a request through the booking.com app we were able to check in slightly early.

There was nothing we didn't like... But I do wonder why many hotel rooms can't manage to put a plug or usb socket on both sides of the bed? And also why only one side gets a reading lamp? Surely it wouldn't be so hard to install these on both sides of the bed?

Almost perfect stay but lackluster in some area

Its ideally situated at the other end of Haeundae Beach which is less touristy

Check-in process using a queue registration system and was served by a trainee unsupervised by her senior. So i didnt get to know a lot of the property and the service delivery was very scripted and text book without any warm welcome even though your a grand suite guest. Maybe we are not Korean? As majority of the guest are locals. Most of the review mentioned staff are well-verse in English but the irony. Probably could work on it a little more

Good

The location was great, right at the beach and close to many shops/restaurants and the train station.

The room temp is controlled at 26-28c even with the windows opened, the hotel provided a fan to cool the room down/facilitate the airflow. There is a 24h baseball batting area right next to the hotel and it can be noisy (especially with the windows open) at night, even from the 15 floor. Room facilities were pretty basic for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel near a beach and market

Great location near the beach, across the road from a market and tons of activities! A bit difficult to reach from the "centre" of Busan, but a great stay nonetheless.

The wifi is without a password, so not sure how safe it is. Otherwise no complaints really!

The staff is very helpful

There's no ac during winter, the heater was just too hot until reached 27⁰ C, we need to ask the staff to turned the heater off and still we need to open the window to make the room temp good for us to sleep

The hotel is in a good spot to get around. Has all you need for a stay but some facilities are a bit older.

The hotel is conveniently located across from Haeundae Beach and close to the shopping area.

Bathroom is on the older side and the shower screen does not help to keep the water from splashing onto the floor. There is only one mirror which made getting ready harder for a group of travellers.

Pleasant stay

Spacious room with clean bathroom. Water pressure is high enough. Really enjoyed it. Housekeeping service is great! Taxi are available at the hotel entrance. Easy to get one. Will come back next time.

Seems sound proof is not good enough. I experienced it in Shilla Stay Jeju as well. Also temperature of water in the bathroom is not stable. Cannot use water at the same time, ie. wash the face and have a bath shower at the same time.
